Watching somebody deal with alzheimer's disease cannot be said to be entertaining. However, the story was engrossing, informative, and actually involved the audience in the life of Alice. One sees the affects it can have on one person's life.
The interaction of the children, the husband, and work colleagues reveals how this illness can affect career and family. Julianne Moore performs a phenomenal role.
