Review of Still Alice (2014) by Manolo P — 04 Mar 2017
Alzheimer's is a difficult disease, and this film portrays the first signs and the different facets with which it progresses in a human being. Moore, with her stunning performance, moves us to her world to become witnesses of how this arduous pilgrimage develops.
Sensitive and delicate, the film moves in a precise and subtle way and although it has some holes, it manages to transmit strong emotions, it is touching and it gives an analysis both from an individual panorama, to the familiar, putting the situation closer to oneself.
84/100.
