Review of Still Alice (2014) by Bethany N — 30 Mar 2015
Julianne Moore deserved every bit of her Oscar for Best Actress this year for her amazing performance as Dr. Alice Howland, a renowned linguistics professor who develops early-onset Alzheimer's disease.
Slowly losing her skills and memories she and her family help her get by day to day.
Tough I gave it top marks my only flaw with the film is that it's too short and does not end on a good enough beat but the rest is fantastic and is a must see for the films power in dealing with the subject mater.
