Entertaining in parts and it tries hard. But bad acting and some patchy ideas make this an uneven film (much like the first). The attempt to add religion to the story had some interesting and amusing moments, but overall a very straight to DVD film.
The effects were a little cheap at times too (not surprising).
At least it was better than #2.
