Mediocre sequal that misses the point of the first film (basically a gory sci-fi war flick/satire) in favor of a toned down action/horror flick. Still Richard Burgi and Ed Lauter offer strong support in a cast thats mostly forgetable except for smoken hot Kelly Carlson.
Ok, but won't win the first one any new fans and will probably piss off some existing ones.
