My second favorite to the TOS series, it's also an excellent closer to THAT Star Trek series.
I like the allegory to the end of the Soviet Union, the Khitomer conspiracy, Kim Cattrall and Christopher Plummer in the cast make this a worthy entry to the TREK film series.
