Review of Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country (1991) by Andrew C — 14 Jul 2016
A cleverly conceived final bow for the original Enterprise crew, this neatly sets up themes of retirement and reconciliation with the then-current backdrop of the end of the Cold War, giving us a timely look at the age-old rivalry between the humans and the Klingons and how it looks through the retrospection of history.
Possibly the best all-round Star Trek film, certainly for Kirk and co.
