The Undiscovered Country is a great way to send off the original series, but is it the best movie? No. The Wrath of Khan still holds that title. This is a very interesting Star Trek film because it has one of the more interesting plots.
Peace with the Klingons. It allows the film to delve into topics like prejudice and racism. It has a great villain with an interesting twist. Overall it's one of the better Star Trek films, the part of the movie that I don't care for though is when they're at that Klingon prison.
Other than that it's one of the best Star Trek movies.
