Review of Star Trek III: The Search for Spock (1984) by Terry C — 22 Oct 2008
I had not seen this one in years. I had forgotten how really good Christopher Lloyd was as a bad guy and how truely dreadful Merritt Butrick was as Kirk's son David. Robin Curtis was also a poor relacement for Kirstie Alley.
Aside from an inexplicable lack of music during some fight scenes, this isn't that bad, but suffers from comparison with the movie that preceeded it and followed it.
