Review of Stand by Me (1986) by Jesse R — 06 Aug 2012
Everyone can relate to this movie, even if you've never experience an adventure that you'd never forget. Stephen King does it again, and along with Rob Reiner, this makes for a wonderful movie.
This is a film about exploration, not just a group of boys trying to find a dead body in their local Oregon town in 1959. We learn the good and bad in this group and how some of the boys reflect on their life, as we all do.
A lot of stars in this film would go on and have a promising Hollywood career.
