Review of Stand by Me (1986) by Sakae I — 08 May 2011
It is an absolute masterpiece. The leading characters are all kids, but this is not a kids movie. Their adventure reminds me of my childhood, or the days we cannot come back to. I suppose everybody, especially ones who were brought up in the countryside as in this movie, likes this film.
