Review of Stand by Me (1986) by Zane F — 14 Mar 2015
It was a sweet and charming film, that I had doubted at first, but I was definitely proven wrong. It's ability to make me feel just what these kids were feeling, was amazing, I felt like I was with them at times.
However a few issues come about with stereotypes and cliches, and despite its success, I feel like it could have done so much more in terms of really building the characters.
