Review of Spotlight (2015) by Movee F — 31 Mar 2016

Spotlight is a movie that unfortunately doesn't look exceptionally interesting on the surface, but trust me when I say that the story that unravels while watching this film is gut-wrenching and exceptionally done.

There were several instances that I found myself on the verge of tears just because of how angry I was at the fact that these events actually occurred. Not to mention Ruffalo's outstanding and passionate performance as Rezendes.

You can tell that this film wasn't made to make money at the box office, it was made to make sure its story was known.
