This is one of the best films to be made about journalism that has captured such a shameful act. the intensity of the film is shared by the actors, who remain loyal to the vision of the director. this film fell to the side of my list and I missed this for some reason, but I'm glad the general audience gave this film all the love it deserved.
McCarthy is one of the best character driven directors in the market and this had me by the throat for the 2 hours, just a brilliant film. The film is ensemble piece, much like glengarry glen ross, each actor brings the characters to life and helps shape of the best journalism films ever made.
the conspiracy is shocking and the intensity of the script only keeps this film ticking along until the bitter end, if you haven't seen this film you really need to track it down. 20-03-2018.
