Review of Splendor in the Grass (1961) by Nathan C — 22 Jan 2008
Natalie Wood is amazing in this film. At times the teenage characters are exaggerated stereotypes, but I imagine that this was done on purpose. The pressures of being a young teenager on the brink of becoming an adult is often multiplied by the stereotypes the surrounding adults place upon them.
