Review of Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017) by Edward%20 C — 20 May 2018

Spiderman Homecoming is a mixed bag. In fact, it is pretty much two separate films- one concerning the awkward Peter Parker and the other his masked avatar Spiderman. This is the sixth Spiderman ever since Sam Raimi and Tobey Mcguire took the helm and although it isn't unappealing by any means, the narrative is stale and predictable.

In fact, the Peter Parker stuff is far more enjoyable and appealing then the spidey bits. On a 10-star rating this would rate about a 6. Nowhere as good as the original Spiderman but nowhere as bad as the 3rd part and the Andrew Garfield version.
