The best of the Spidey movies. I gobbled down the comic books as a kid. And this one reminded me that Peter Parker really was mostly a skinny nerd until he turned into a superhero. Tom Holland nailed that juvenile yet emerging adult role.

And Robert Downey Jr. again showed why - in mostly a cameo role - I think, he's one of Hollywood's great and greatly underrated actors. And then there's Michael Keaton playing... a BIRDMAN.

Loved the irony even satire. Toss in Tyne Daily in a bit role (it's become cool to act in comic book flicks) and what's not to like? That and a script that while using special effects (duh!) didn't rely on them.
