I've always dug Val Kilmer for some reason. He plays a cold, yet very efficient agent of the government. Neat character. Sorta interesting story. Kinda plot twisty as some suggest, but kinda predicable too.
I didn't feel dumbfounded at the end like some movies that totally throw you for a loop in the climax scene like I was hoping for.
