Review of Space Buddies (2009) by Marisa R — 24 Jun 2009
Rather pedestrian continuation of the Air Buddies, saga, this time with the rambunctious pups taking a space ship to the moon. While my neice found the story enthralling, I found the screenplay predictable and lacking the spark of the original Air Buddies, although SB is a marked improvement over last years dreadful Snow Buddies, which was as amusing as a cup of yellow snow.
Despite my two star rating, I believe the lovable pups of Air Buddies have "jumped the shark," or to put it another way, "screwed the pooch.".
