Review of Soylent Green (1973) by Mark D — 15 Oct 2011
First things first the look of this movie is very dated now as being 1973 looking forwad to 2022, it could not look more like the 70's if it tried. The story is set in a future where everything is bad so many people have nothing this isn't helped by New York being overflowing, everyone has to do what they can to get what they need to survive and grab opportunities when they arise.
The setting is bleak to say the least and the gap between the haves and have nots you could park many garbage trucks (you will see many in this movie), as the movie progress you will find out the underling truth about Soilent Green.
