Review of Sophie Scholl: The Final Days (2005) by Mubin S — 21 Aug 2008
What you never learnt in history class. absolutely brilliant acting and dialogue, especially jentsch in the title role of sophie who displays great tenacity, intelligence and empathy in that very short glimpse of her last 6 days before her execution.
Some might not like this film for its often lengthy dialogue and long shots but still, I found myself riveted to each scene and film went by in a flash. a film I definitely want to re-watch this again.
