Review of Song of the South (1946) by Travis O — 12 May 2008
A Walt Disney classic that was never released on dvd in the United States due to "racism." Because of this tragedy, many people have not had the pleasure of watching this film. I did not know it even existed until I did some research after riding Splash Mountain.
While some parts of the movie are somewhat bland, the cartoon parts are excellent. Walt Disney is the man, and whoever thinks that he was a racist is ignorant.
