Once in a while there comes along a movie you have never heard of but once you are through with it, you wonder to yourself how could you ever miss this? This is specially perplexing when you are a movie buff like me who more than Facebook will check IMDB every morning.

If that did not peak your interest let me put it this way- this movie is about a psychic serial killer (Colin Ferrel) who is being hunted down by the whole police force who are, eventually, left no choice but to take the help of another psychic played by none other than Anthony Hopkins.
