A little bit of a homage to Silence Of The Lambs as a psychic begrudgingly agrees to go after a serial killer. There's even a scene where Hopkins deconstructs a FBI agent, reading her the riot act, just like in Silence.
The best scene is when Hopkins faces Farrell, two gunslinger slinging.
