As a fan of a dystopian setting in movies I would say that I kind of enjoyed it in a strange way but to say it was a good movie would be a great overstatement. This is pretty much as stupid as it gets.
There are plot holes all over the place. Consider it Mad Max in a train. Very strange and stupid movie. It had some good moments though.
