Review of Smiley Face (2007) by Toad T — 22 Jan 2013
A modern day retelling of "Reefer Madness". It's extremely hard to think this is a message movie as I still can't tell if it's pro or anti marijuana... But I'm pretty sure it's anti.
I don't know how they got the actors they did in many places, but it's cool to see John Krasinski, Jane Lynch, and Danny Trejo all in the same movie. In any case, though short, this film is extremely frustrating and reminds me far too much of what I worry my friends will become.
