Review of Slow West (2015) by Neil R — 22 Jan 2016
It is slow, and it is wild wild West at its most primal and brutal. At the end, we are even treated to a montage of all the different bodies of people killed in the movie. But at its beating heart are three incredibly sympathetic characters for whom we absolutely root.
Asks more questions than it answers, but always touches both heart and mind in equal measure. Outstanding performances from everybody.
