Not bad, but the Bananas era Woody Allen conventions of silliness, and the Benny Hill style time-lapsed photography chase scenes, and the use of ragtime in a Science Fiction comedy, detract from the overall effect.
The final scene bumps it up from the original 2.5 I was going to give it to a 3. Renter material, if you're into Allen.
