Review of Skyfall (2012) by Josnick K — 07 Nov 2015
As the 007 Franchise hit its 50th anniversary.......3 years ago, the next installment called Skyfall, by paper bag flows in wind director Sam Mendes, impresses somewhat like Casino Royale did back in 2006 and did a F*CK tons better than Quantum of Solace.
While the opening was well made, the action sequences were decent but weirdly shot, had alright landscape shots, the new Bond villain was pretty good (but plans were needlessly complex, and Daniel Craig's performance did well on the movie alone, I have to say this film is VERY overrated.
Problems such as some noticeable plot holes (which aren't really a surprise,) a mediocre but interesting story, and an ending that is pretty goofy that it kind of rips off Home Alone, don't help the film.
It's not the "BEST BOND MOVIE EVAH!" - All Critics 2012, but it's most certainly is at the very least a GOOD 007 film.
