Review of Sketches of Frank Gehry (2006) by Antonio A — 09 Apr 2009
I admit I dozed off about 2/3 of the way through this so I'm going to be watching it again :) In LA the only landmark I wanted to see was Gehry's Walt Disney Concert Hall. I'm awestruck that these amazing structures have been translated from models to buildings that actually stand! A brave man, to throw away non-satisfying money-making commissions to take on jobs for love alone.
What a legend.
