There are some very funny people in this movie. I mean, I love Tina Fey and Amy Poehler together in sketches, and as hosts, so I should love this, right? Unfortunately, there aren't very many funny jokes at all, and it's mostly just them running around yelling.
It's like you're watching a dull sitcom, and you know it's meant to be funny, but you're just not laughing. Why get such funny people and then hobble them with a weak script?
