This movie has the same problems I found with "Nick and Norahs Infiinite Playlist", it has a great soundtrack but boring characters and plot. I do like how it keeps in the 90's but is still accessible to people not around that time, similar to the setting in "The Wackness".
I found the scene where Debbie made her dating video hilarious.
