Review of Sin City: A Dame to Kill For (2014) by Jason B — 25 Sep 2014
This is not exacly new territory. And that's perfectly fine for a movie like Sin City. Long gone is the novelty of the visuals, though there's still some pretty striking imagery to be found on this second iteration, but the problems of the first one still reside, namely the very underdeveloped plots and over the top cheesiness at times.
Still worth a look if you got nothing else noirish, with misogyny all around and wasted cameos to watch.
