Its not terrible by any means, but is there really a need for a sequel to an OK graphic novel adaption? Maybe 5 years ago yes, but now its all a bit... muted. The violence is plentiful with over the top set pieces, the narration is back again, love it or loathe it.
I did like a few of the stories and it helped that it was only a 95 minute runtime, any longer and it would've felt bloated. Its an OK sequel to an OK film. Nothing to rave about.
