Review of Silver Streak (1976) by Ken D — 01 Jun 2011
One of my favorite comedies although a little dated with the 70's culture. Gene Wilder is brilliant as the dull lead character who finds himself in a suddenly deadly situation. Jill Clayburgh is cute and perky.
..and not much else. Richard Pryor is a stitch as always. One of the real treats though is Patrick McGoohan as the slimy Roger Devereau. Nicely evil. Watch it. Just keep the bar kinda low.
