Review of Silkwood (1983) by Debjit G — 23 Aug 2012
I was mostly impressed by Cher's performance in this than Meryl's. But that's probably because I have grown to expect a great performance from her. Kurt Russell was an unexpected, but great, choice as the boyfriend.
This film proved that Cher had the acting chops to make more films. I am just sad she didn't. This isone of those films that if it's on I'll be watching it.
