There's a couple of great moments in Mr Astaire's final movie musical (besides Finian's Rainbow in which he doesn't really dance, and the brief dance in That's Entertainment II) but... save yourself the trouble and rent Ninotchka instead. That's got Garbo and doesn't involve Hollywood bitching and moaning about TV taking its money.
That said, Cyd Charisse's dance wherein she strips off her Soviet clothes in favour of the eponymous silk stockings is quite beautiful.
