Review of Silk Road (2021) by Kensrue — 01 Jul 2021

The Silk Road (film) fails to present the incredibly gripping story of the actual silk road to the audience. The makers of the film took innumerable wrong decisions and the result is a story that moves too fast to show the magnitude of the events they attempt to portray on screen.

It comes off as arrogant and amateurish to modify the facts of the story for no real value to the movie plot. I recommend you skip the movie altogether and either read about the actual Silk Road or wait for a decent adaptation in the future.
