"Science created him, now Chuck Norris must destroy him!"... what more do you need to know?
Silly sci-fier about an experiment performed on a dead mental patient that brings him back to life as an indestructible killer would be completely forgettable if not for one thing... Chuck Norris! Adding Norris to the mix as a small town sheriff who has to take down this Michael Myers wannabe (when he's not taking out whole biker gangs) makes this a cheesy guilty pleasure that is fun to watch with a six pack of your favorite brew and a bunch of your favorite movie freaks.
