This movie is unintentionally hilarious, I think. We got an insane unstoppable killer with an ax, ripping off the famous ax scene from The Shining. He then becomes a genetically engineered super-villain by a doctor who might as well be Dr.
Frankenstein (which this film rips off as well) And in the middle of all of this you have Chuck Norris as a Texas Sheriff who has to stop the villain. This film is the most mind boggling genre combination ever.
