This was terrible in an amusing way. The first 40 minutes is just the original movie edited down a little. Then it really gets bad. Its overacted completely. I have never honestly seen anyone play a bad guy thinking that it makes him seem more evil going Muahaha with maniacal laughter every time there's a new camera shot of him.
