After a forty minute long recap of the first film (seriously.) this movie manages to fail spectacularly. The acting, particularly from Eric Freeman, is atrocious. The plot is a logical extension, but obviously there was not enough material to string it out into a full lenght movie... so why bother?
Do not recommend.
