Review of Silent Night, Deadly Night Part 2 (1987) by Robert R — 22 Jun 2009
So I totally enjoyed the hell out of the first one. But this second one was so BAD! But at the same time good. Good for Eric Freeman's "eyebrow acting". It's hysterical! The writers must have written this film in a night as a joke for him.
Some of the dialogue doesn't even make sense. But when Eric is reading his lines, I could care less. There are so many one liners you could play a drinking game to this flick! And don't even bother with the first half hour of the film.
It's just a recap of the first film with most of the gore (for some reason) cut out. I wouldn't recommend this to a die hard horror fan, but I would recommend it to a group of stoners with nothing to watch.
I bet then this movie would be AMAZING! I give this film two stars only for Eric Freeman's awesome acting.
