Review of We're Back! A Dinosaur's Story (1993) by Robert R — 07 Nov 2018

One of the most infuriating re-watches of an old movie that I once looked fondly upon as a child, "We're Back! A Dinosaur's Story" is undoubtedly adept in its visual conjurations. The backdrops, the set pieces, the character designs, and facial animations are all top notch.

Even the voice cast is supremely talented in bringing these characters to life. But this story is so abjectly imperfect and off-the-wall in terms of structure. I just can't help but wish it had been something more than what I see it as now through my adult eyes.
