Overlooking its tediously lethargic plot progression, and its unextraordinary-bordering-on-disappointing storyline, Silent Hill is in its own right, a beautiful piece of cinematic art that provides those willing to watch the movie for its overall aesthetic a nightmarish meditation on the disturbance of losing a child, due to its extremely well-delivered atmospheric qualities.
