This movie is directed in such a fantastic way. Shyamalan creates tension from the simplest of scenes and creates characters that you truly care about. It's a shame he isn't making movies like this anymore because this movie displays what he truly is capable of.
The movie has some pacing issues but once you make it to the last act, the journey was worth it. If you want to ever become a filmmaker, "Signs" is definitely one of the films you should view.
The camera shots, the music, the way everything builds up is truly satisfying to watch.
