Review of Side Effects (2013) by Rajev K — 05 Sep 2013
All characters are well suited for their roles, such a crime investigating plots and drama. Mind is such a powerful tool for us to make something mystery in the eyes of others. Dr. Banks (Jude Law) is a fascinating and very much professional in his field, innocent and genius, his role for this was totally convincing no doubt for law for drama schemes.
Martin (Channing Tatum) comes with a short appearance but he's a great actor, providing a good charisma of portraying something different. Dr. Siesbert (Catherine Zeta-Jones) is a powerful swindler, the real mental one.
Emily ( Morey) best of all characters, she knows how to play hide-and-seek activity which everything is in trapped except for his fighter psychiatrist (Jude Law). Moreover, this movie has a great story of studying behavior and judgement, we can't depend what the medication lies ahead or a placebo effect will do.
The real side effects of this movie is how to play the right game between reality and fantasy.
