Review of Superman/Batman: Public Enemies (2009) by Andrew W — 27 May 2013
The animation is pretty bad. Both superman and batman have seen better days. Captain Atom and the other red and yellow superhero are practically reskins of each other. Even the random big breasted superhero seems to be lacking other than in the aforementioned breast department.
The plot and character development are also at an all-time low. Even the fight-scenes are fairly rote and don't really make too much sense. As far as the fights go, they just jump from one fighting random dc multiverse character to another all of which takes up most of the movie.
Good news is at least they got the same voice actors back and there's plenty of good one-liners. All in all, it really feels like everyone got lazy with this one.
