Although Michael Moore exagerates, he does it to make a point and to make the typical dumb american think. The sad fact is most Americans are so ignorant and dumb to realize that their health care, and by extension society, is grossly unjust and unethical they need Michael Moore's extremism to bring them into reality.

Of course stem cell transplant for renal cell carcinoma is not the standard of care anywhere and of course Canadian health care has its fair share of problems... Overall though Michael Moore's cross section beautifully illustrates the problems of America's health care to the general audience who is perhaps only capable of being compelled into thought or action by emotional extremes.
