Review of Shrek (2001) by Danburrito — 18 Sep 2015
This film is Dreamworks' equivalent to Toy Story. It's smart, witty and entertaining for kids and adults alike. Eddie Murphy gives the best performance of his career as Donkey, the franchise's parody of Disney comic relief characters.
The story is your typical "save the princess from the dragon" story but the twist is that the saviour is a monster! I'd highly recommend this, it's a classic.
